When changing your password, please remember that your new password must
meet the following criteria:
Standard Users
- Be at least 8 characters in length
- Requirements:
- At least one uppercase letter (A–Z)
- At least one lowercase letter (a–z)
- At least one number (0–9)
- At least one special character from this set: * $ - + ? _ & = ! % { } /
- Cannot be any of your six (6) most recently used passwords.
Admin Users
- Be at least 15 characters in length
- Requirements:
- At least one uppercase letter (A–Z)
- At least one lowercase letter (a–z)
- At least one number (0–9)
- At least one special character from this set: * $ - + ? _ & = ! % { } /
- Cannot be any of your six (6) most recently used passwords.
